Are package prices per person or total?
Package prices aren't shown on the site; ask us on WhatsApp for the current price of each package. The Honeymoon package is priced as a total for the couple, the marriage proposal package per person organized for, and the Family package as a total for 2 adults + 2 children.
What level is the balloon ride in the packages?
Full Day Premium and Adventure packages: Standard balloon (from €100); Family package: Standard balloon (children 80%); Honeymoon and Marriage Proposal packages: VIP Romantic private balloon (only you or 2 couples in the basket, price on request).
How far in advance should I book a package?
For high season (May/September-October) we recommend booking the package at least 4-6 weeks in advance; for low season 7-10 days is enough. Honeymoon and Marriage Proposal packages need at least 14 days in advance for the surprise organization.
Which type of hotel is included in the hotel packages?
Full Day Premium: mid-segment cave hotel. Honeymoon: VIP Honeymoon Cave. Family: Family Resort with pool. All packages include open buffet hotel breakfast.
How does the corporate package work?
Minimum group of 10 people; price on request — ask us on WhatsApp for the current price. It includes a group balloon (15+ person basket), guided tour, gala dinner and a corporate organizer. Invoiced payment and a custom branding option are available. You can request a custom offer by writing to [email protected].
What is the cancellation policy for packages?
Our booking terms: free cancellation up to 48 hours before, 50% refund for cancellations within 24–48 hours. If the operator cancels the balloon flight due to weather, you get a 100% refund. Message us on WhatsApp for package-specific terms.
