Trip and Tick was founded in 2024 by a team that comes from Cappadocia's local tourism ecosystem. Our founders have 15+ years of direct relationships with the region's balloon operators, hotel owners and transfer companies. This trust-based network allows us to provide services at direct prices without adding an intermediary commission.

The traditional agency model works with a 25-40% commission on the market; this is passed on to the customer at an unnecessarily high price. We, however, reversed the model: directly with the operator %10-15 partnership commission and to the customer lowest net price. The result: the same package, 25-40% cheaper.

Our partner operators' TÜRSAB licence is a guarantee of compliance with Turkish tourism standards. With 40 million euros of professional liability insurance, a KVKK-compliant data policy, 3D Secure payment infrastructure and 24/7 customer support, we offer the same quality for domestic and international guests.
