Balloon flights take place at sunrise. The hotel transfer starts 1-1.5 hours before the flight — between 04:00 and 05:30 in the morning. The exact time varies depending on the operator's schedule and the season.

Layered clothing (mornings are cool). Closed, comfortable shoes are essential. A hat, gloves (in winter), and sunglasses are useful. Clothing that doesn't restrict your movement in and out of the basket.

The Standard basket carries 16-20 passengers. A private basket for two only is available with the Romantic Private Balloon package, popular for proposals and anniversaries.

Balloons fly all year. April-June and September-October are the most balanced: calm mornings and mild temperatures. Winter offers snow-covered fairy chimneys, but wind and fog make cancellations more likely than in summer.

It may be cancelled due to weather conditions: wind above 25 km/h, reduced visibility, or precipitation. If the operator cancels, you receive a 100% refund or an alternative date.
