What can I download?
- Your customer profile information (name, email, phone, language preference).
- All your booking records (date, package, price, passenger details).
- Your loyalty points history (if applicable).
Stripe payment records are stored within Stripe's infrastructure for the financial chain of evidence; they are provided via [email protected] upon request.
What happens when I request deletion?
- Your customer profile is deleted.
- Booking passenger details (name, email, phone) are anonymised.
- Your newsletter subscription is cancelled (Brevo).
- Invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by tax law (213 VUK); deleted upon expiry on request.
