1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking due to a change of plans, personal reasons or any other reason, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellation 72 hours or more in advance: 100% of the amount you paid is refunded.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours: 50% of the amount you paid is refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund is available. (See below for the medical report exception.)

2. Weather and Operator-Related Cancellation

In the event of an operator cancellation (wind >25 km/h, reduced visibility, precipitation, technical failure, etc.), since the cancellation is on our side rather than yours, of the amount you paid 100% of the amount you paid is refunded.. Alternatively, a date change can be made; in that case no extra charge applies.

3. Medical Report Exception

In cases such as illness, accident or pregnancy arising after the booking, an official medical report a 100% refund is issued upon submission. The report must be dated after the booking date.

4. Late Arrival / No-Show

If you are not ready at the meeting point at the designated time, you are not entitled to a refund. We recommend confirming your hotel pick-up time at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Refund Time & Method

  • Once the refund is approved 5-10 business days it is credited back to the card used for payment.
  • Banks may take a further 2-7 business days to process the refund.
  • The refund is made to the original payment method; it cannot be transferred to another card.

Fairness Guarantee

Our cancellation policy is one of the most transparent in Cappadocia. No commission is deducted for weather-related cancellations; a 100% refund is given. The only exception is cancellation less than 24 hours in advance — this is intended to cover the operator's labour costs.
