What can I download?

  • Your customer profile information (name, email, phone, language preference).
  • All your booking records (date, package, price, passenger details).
  • Your loyalty points history (if applicable).

Stripe payment records are stored within Stripe's infrastructure for the financial chain of evidence; they are provided via [email protected] upon request.

What happens when I request deletion?

  • Your customer profile is deleted.
  • Booking passenger details (name, email, phone) are anonymised.
  • Your newsletter subscription is cancelled (Brevo).
  • Invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by tax law (213 VUK); deleted upon expiry on request.
