1. Parties

Seller: Trip and Tick Turizm ve Seyahat Acentası Limited Şirketi (hereinafter "Trip and Tick"). Address: Göreme Merkez, Nevşehir 50180. TÜRSAB licensed.

Buyer: the natural/legal person who purchases or undertakes to purchase a service via tripandtick.com (hereinafter the "Customer").

2. Scope of Service

Trip and Tick sells tourism services in the Cappadocia region, including balloon tours, hotel bookings, transfers, ATV, horse riding, sightseeing tours and combo packages, in the capacity of an intermediary. The services are actually provided by partner operators; Trip and Tick manages booking, payment and customer support operations.

3. Pricing & Currencies

• Prices are shown in EUR, USD or TRY.
• All taxes (including VAT) are included in the price.
• A child discount applies for ages 7-12 (varies by package).
• A surcharge may apply during high season (April-June, September-October).
• Lowest price guarantee: if you find a cheaper offer, 5% below it.

4. Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay. 3D Secure is active. Card details are not stored at Trip and Tick; you are redirected to PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Bookings are confirmed after payment approval; your PDF ticket is sent together with the confirmation email.

5. Cancellation & Refund

For the full text of our cancellation policy Cancellation & Refund Policy see the page. Summary: 100% refund 72+ hours in advance, 50% refund 24-72 hours, no refund under 24 hours. In case of operator- or weather-related cancellation, always a 100% refund or an alternative date.

6. Customer Obligations

• Providing accurate name, date of birth and contact details.
• Notifying us before booking if there is a pregnancy or serious health condition.
• Complying with age and weight limits (balloon: ages 6+).
• Being ready at the meeting time; no refund right applies in case of delay.
• Complying with the operator's safety rules.

7. Disclaimer

Trip and Tick is not primarily liable for personal accidents occurring during the flight, transfer or activity carried out by the operator actually providing the service; however, operators are covered by 40 million Euro liability insurance. In case of weather-related or mandatory cancellation, refund conditions apply.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content (text, images, code, logo, brand) belongs to Trip and Tick. Copying, redistributing or using it for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

9. Consumer Rights

The provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. You have the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. For detailed information, see KVKK see our page.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, first contact Trip and Tick customer support. If no resolution is found, the Nevşehir Consumer Arbitration Committee or Nevşehir Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. The applicable law is Turkish law.

11. Changes

Trip and Tick may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published at tripandtick.com/kullanim-sartlari; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
